We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join us in Bradford

We're seeking a passionate and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our us on a 6 month basis.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be essential to ensuring that consumers have a great customer experience. You will be the voice of our customer as they embark on an exciting journey in the consumer lending industry. You will act as first line support, answering calls and omni-channel contact (Chat and Email), resolving customer queries to ensure the consumer has a positive experience.

What will you be doing?Answering calls from consumers with queries relating to consumer lending Responding to live chat and emails from consumers with queries relating to consumer lending Determining appropriate actions for the resolution of queries Corresponding with all parties professionally to proactively ensure the consumer has a positive experience Handle essential administration and operational tasks, including account administration Delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction Working to achieve individual, team targets and relevant KPI's You will be supported by a Team Manager and Senior Manager to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.

We tend to look for people with:Previous experience in customer telephony support is preferred but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisation and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to focus on the highest standards of implementation and delivery Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment At least 2 years experience within a customer facing role at a consumer focused company
