What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure our customers receive expert support and advice every step of the way. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
Support customers in our showroom (where required)
Share advice based on our company guidance and product factsheets
Handle returns and complaints in line with company procedures
Accurately process phone orders
Keep clear, up-to-date notes on customer accounts

Comfortable using computers and basic IT systems
