Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone and email. Troubleshoot queries and deliver effective solutions. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure outstanding customer service.
Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail. Previous motor trade or automotive experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
