About the Role

:

We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and eager-to-learn Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, helping to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. Whether it's assisting with project updates, guiding clients through our processes, or simply ensuring a positive experience, your role is vital in maintaining the high standards Dip Developments is known for.

What We're Looking For

:

No prior experience necessary - just a genuine willingness to learn and grow Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Enthusiasm for customer service and problem-solving Friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to stay calm under pressure A team player who values collaboration Basic computer skills; experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus but not essential
