Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products through effective upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual or multilingual, and have a knack for data entry.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone and other communication channels to provide information and assistance. Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience. Execute upselling strategies to promote additional products that meet customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through effective data entry. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers in English, Spanish, or other languages as required. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer service.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills (Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Experience in upselling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.
