Customer Support Specialist
to join our dynamic Operations team and be the trusted first point of contact for architects, specifiers, and direct customers in the solar shading sector.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-level customer service to architectural firms, specifiers, and direct clients.
Handle enquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and order status.
Coordinate across departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Manage returns, replacements, and warranty claims with a commercial mindset.
Process and dispatch spare parts, samples, and sales materials.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on customer interactions.
Plan and schedule customer visits and training sessions.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B customer service or sales support, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or architectural products
Experience in building products or construction industries preferred
Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Qualifications:
GCSE Grade 5 or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
