We're a small, friendly, and dedicated Customer Support team looking for someone who shares our commitment to top-class service. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives the care and attention they deserve.
What You'll Do:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, always aiming for first-time resolution
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored support
Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless service
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude
Ability to work well in a small team and take initiative
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using customer service software and tools
