Summary



We are seeking a dedicated Clerk to join our team at Lobina Transport Services Ltd. This role is essential in supporting our logistics operations through accurate data entry and effective communication. The Clerk will play a vital part in ensuring smooth transportation processes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Perform accurate data entry for shipments and logistics records. Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and reports. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members. Support lead generation efforts to expand our client base. Utilise software systems for tracking shipments and managing inventory. Negotiate terms with vendors as necessary to optimise service delivery. Maintain organized records of transactions and communications.

Requirements



Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within logistics or transport services. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Basic understanding of logistics processes and terminology. Familiarity with software applications related to transport management is a plus. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
