Post Office Clerk

- Mail inspecting, weighing, and affixing postage; following company and postal regulations.

Duties:

-Inspect packages by complying with company standards and postal regulations.

- Affix postage by weighing packages and correct postage stamps

- Maintain parcel post log by recording value, charges, and destination of packages.

- Addresses packages by entering data and customs declarations for international parcels.

- Provide parcel post information by answering questions and requests whilst adhering to all security measures.

-Must have strong communication skills and a high level of numeracy

- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Communicate with management on a regular basis

-Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Follow any tasks given in a professional manner.

-Able to complete task in a timely manner
