Moog Military Aircraft Group Wolverhampton is looking for a detail-driven and proactive Customs Compliance Administrator for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for ensuring all imported and exported goods comply with UK and international customs laws. You'll work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and support audits.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with HMRC and UK customs regulations for all import/export activities. Maintain accurate records to support audits and regulatory reporting. Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal departments. Stay up to date with changes in customs regulations and advise the business accordingly. Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in compliance processes. Maintain data and records using Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of clerical/administrative experience, ideally in a similar environment. Awareness of import compliance, international trade, and UK customs procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Security Clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role. Please note that in the event that clearance cannot be obtained, you may not be eligible for the role, and/or any offer of employment may be withdrawn on grounds of national security.
