Perform Logistics, based in Woking, Surrey, is expanding--and we're looking for a driven and knowledgeable individual to join our friendly and professional operations team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company that values expertise, initiative, and a proactive mindset. You will play a critical role in managing and coordinating shipments across air, road, and ocean, ensuring seamless movement of goods through UK and international customs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate import and export shipments via air, road, and sea Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and procedures Liaise with clients, carriers, HMRC, and internal teams Manage documentation and timely clearance of goods Provide end-to-end operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

Proven operations experience in logistics or freight forwarding Deep knowledge of customs procedures and documentation Familiarity with air, road, and ocean freight processes A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Experience with customs software and familiarity with CDS (Customs Declaration Service) will be a distinct advantage.
