As a Privileged Access Engineer, you'll deploy and optimise CyberArk solutions in support of the Digital strategy. You'll own day-to-day operations--monitoring platform health, automating routine tasks (onboarding privileged accounts, remove decommissioned ones), and responding to incidents within agreed MTTR targets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, you'll drive continuous improvement plans, enforce performance standards, and ensure seamless privileged account access for critical business services. You will proactively monitor alerts, execute root?cause investigations, and engage vendors to restore services within SLA windows.
What you'll be doing

Onboard and manage privileged accounts across various systems including Windows, UNIX/Linux, network devices, databases, and Web applications using CyberArk.
Ensure proper connectivity and communication between CyberArk components and target systems
Troubleshoot and account onboarding issues - credential verification failures, connectivity issues, or policy mismatches.
Work with Application team to create safes, policies to enable secure credential management of their privileged accounts through CyberArk.
Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions, particularly with account onboarding.
Strong knowledge of CyberArk components: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM.
Experience in integrating CyberArk with various platforms: Windows, Linux/Unix, Oracle, Network Devices, and Web Applications, SQL servers
Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnets, and firewall rules as related to system communication.
Good knowledge of common ports and protocols (SSH, RDP, HTTPS, etc.) used by CyberArk for credential rotation
Scripting knowledge (AutoIT, PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus for automation and integrations.
CyberArk Defender and/or Sentry Certification.
Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.
