As part of the CISO team, you will reduce cyber security, privacy and operational resilience risk by providing insightful dashboards and performance metrics that will drive a Security First culture across our organisation. We are dedicated to safeguarding our clients' data and maintaining the highest standards designed to increase our security and improve our cyber security risk posture.



The Cyber Security Data Reporting and Performance Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering dashboards and executive reports that support the organisation's cyber security posture. They will provide intuitive data analysis and translate it into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



You will report to the Head of Strategy and Operating Office.



This is a 12-month secondment/fixed-term contract opportunity with two London office days a week.



What you'll be doing:



Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports that track cybersecurity performance, risk metrics, and compliance status.


Analyse security incident trends, vulnerability management data, and threat intelligence to identify patterns and areas for improvement.


Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).


Automate data collection and reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, Tableau & Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets).


Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you'll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office



What you'll need:



Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).


Knowledge of security standards / frameworks, e.g., NIST, CIS Benchmarks, PCI.


Demonstrable competence and experience in clearly explaining complex information security concepts and technologies for both technical and non-technical audiences.


Ability to manage effective relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams and 3rd party vendors.
