About the Opportunity





In partnership with the Client Amentum is working to deliver the Non-Nuclear Engineering Partnership (NNEP) which is a programme of works involving all aspects of the Client's built environment portfolio outside of the critical nuclear facilities Clients develops, owns and maintains.



Working within the PMO, the Performance Reporting and Change Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and insightful business performance reporting analysis across the NNEP Framework, as well as managing and administering change control across the programme.



The role will work closely across multiple delivery and support function teams, assisting with all aspects of planning, performance management reporting deliverables, and change management. Ensuring data integrity and quality is delivered at its highest level which is a key responsibility.



Key Tasks





Performance Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards to track progress, highlight key focus areas, support leadership decision-making as well as preparing and validating core performance packs for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews


Data Analysis & KPI Tracking: Extract and interpret large datasets, providing meaningful insights and ensuring contractual KPI compliance.


Dashboard Development & Visualization: Own and maintain project dashboards, ensuring clear, impactful presentation of key metrics.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Conduct quality checks, data verification, and standardise reporting processes to enhance efficiency.


Narrative Capture & Commentary: Implement structured approaches for performance storytelling, ensuring consistency and value-add.


Change Control & Governance: Establish and maintain structured change control standards, ensuring compliance with the Client and contractual requirements.


Change Management Oversight: Define Terms of Reference for performance reporting meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Lead performance reporting enhancements, working closely with the LFE & Continuous Improvement Manager.


Qualifications and Experience





Degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or Data Science or equivalent experience and qualifications


Expert in Power BI & Power Query: With experience in Semantic Models and complex data reporting


Strong analytical mindset: Capable of solving complex problems with data-driven insights


Proficient in reporting & data governance: Ensuring accuracy in performance tracking


Proven track record in Data Architecture: Including Data Warehouses/Data Lakes implementation


Experience with API Development & Integration: For seamless enterprise connectivity


Experienced in change management: Process design, and upskilling teams for best practices


Ability to manage competing priorities: Deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines


Process improvement champion: Skilled at streamlining workflows and driving efficiency


Excellent communicator & collaborator: Experience influencing cross-functional teams
