The Role:

We're looking for a?Cybersecurity Listicle Writer?to produce and update engaging "Top 10"-style product roundups and comparison articles for a publication that attracts?50,000+ readers globally each month. You'll research cybersecurity tools and services, write clear and informative product overviews, and help ensure our listicles stay current, accurate, and optimised for search visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and update?Top 10-style listicles?and other product comparison articles covering the cybersecurity market Research cybersecurity tools, software, and services to produce accurate, balanced, and informative product overviews Synthesise technical information into clear, engaging summaries suitable for a professional but non-technical audience Ensure all product details (features, pricing, pros/cons, vendor information) are accurate and current Write in a consistent brand tone and follow our editorial style guide Collaborate with editors to ensure all content meets quality, clarity, and accuracy standards Use SEO tools and analytics to refine and optimise existing listicles for search performance Monitor and refresh older listicles to keep rankings, product information, and links up to date

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy Proven ability to research and summarise technical product information Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and products (e.g. VPNs, endpoint protection, firewalls, etc.) Comfortable working with SEO principles and keyword research tools Excellent attention to detail and consistency Curious and inquisitive; eager to learn, ask questions, and explore new topics Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple ongoing updates Collaborative and open to feedback

Education And Experience:

Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Demonstrable experience writing product reviews, comparison articles, or technology listicles
