Young people aged 13 and above have the convenience of self-referring either through our online QR code system or by directly visiting the centre. In this role, you'll also collaborate closely with General Practitioners and a multidisciplinary team within CAMHS and clinicians offering support to young adults (up to age 25), ensuring a holistic approach to community care.
You will collaborate with CAMHS services and liaise with other entities, including local authorities and the voluntary sector, to deliver impactful interventions. As the post holder, you'll uphold CYP-IAPT care principles and ensure that the care provided aligns with evidence-based interventions. The post holder will be assessing and treating children with mental health difficulties presenting within CWP team and Mulberry Hub contexts.
