Salary: 35,000

Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Marketing Executive to support the growth and optimisation of multiple D2C e-commerce brands. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution, and is perfect for marketers who know how to shape digital-first strategies that drive engagement, sales, and long-term brand growth. You'll be joining a rapidly-growing department, supporting in managing day-to-day operations, delivering organic marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class online experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Operations & Brand Growth:

Support management of the day-to-day operations of multiple D2C e-commerce websites, ensuring smooth functionality and an optimised customer journey (strong Shopify experience preferred). Support with merchandising, product updates, and site improvements to maximise sales and brand visibility. Conduct market and competitor research, using insights to inform decision-making and identify new growth opportunities. Monitor e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics, supporting reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay up to date with e-commerce and digital marketing trends, proposing innovative ideas to enhance brand performance.
Organic Marketing & Content:

Contribute to the ideation and execution of organic marketing strategies across social media and email channels. Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver engaging creative content and seamless online campaigns. Support email marketing campaigns (via Klaviyo), from content planning to performance tracking. Assist with creating and editing visual assets (via Canva/Photoshop) to support digital campaigns and merchandising.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal design, development, and brand teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns. Support coordination of product launches, ensuring assets and campaigns are aligned across all channels. Maintaining brand identity Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role (agency/multi-brand experience preferred). Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and content management systems. Proficiency in key tools and channels, including Klaviyo, Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, Photoshop/Canva, and organic social media. An understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to support SEO campaign delivery with awareness of key objectives would be highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for creativity, innovation and digital-first strategies.
