The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, driving traffic, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
Utilize SEO tools to enhance website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for better conversion rates.
Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising.
Create engaging content for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
Oversee the management of content creation and content management systems (CMS).
Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline customer engagement processes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google AdWords, and conversion optimization techniques.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous for technical aspects of the role.
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and analytics tools.
Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems is preferred.
Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools is essential.
Background in B2B marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
