What you will do as our Microsoft Dynamic365 Business Central Consultant:
As our Microsoft Dynamic365 Business Central Consultant, you'll be at the heart of a culture built on collaboration, curiosity, and shared success. You'll work side by side with talented consultants and Business Central support engineers, learning from one another, sharing ideas, and continually raising the bar.
You'll take ownership of your professional growth, deepening your expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central and our Power Platform, while expanding your business and accounting knowledge. Let's look at your day to day as a Microsoft Dynamic365 Business Central Consultant:

• Lead and deliver high impact client work, from implementations and development scoping to training, ensuring Dynamics 365 Business Central projects succeed
• Serve as the trusted escalation point, confidently resolving complex issues and supporting both customers and the support team
• Take ownership of follow on activities from customer engagements, ensuring every detail is managed and nothing is overlooked
• Collaborate across Pax8 to drive partner growth, supporting discovery calls, refining processes, and shaping feature documentation
• Invest in your own growth, leveraging learning paths, coaching, stretch projects, and on the job training to continuously elevate your skills and performance

You'll be the ideal Microsoft Dynamic365 Business Central Consultant for us if you have:

• Strong knowledge of Business Central - Core Finance, Fixed Assets, key third party apps, and BC development fundamentals
• Experienced in supporting customers and partners, solving complex Dynamics 365 Business Central challenges
• Thinks strategically, sees the bigger picture, and guides clients with clarity
• Confidently leads calls, workshops, and training sessions that empower users
• Highly organised, tech savvy, and excels at juggling multiple priorities seamlessly
• Quick to grasp complex ideas and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Outstanding communicator, able to connect with stakeholders at all levels, across languages and markets

Salary & benefits for our Microsoft Dynamic365 Business Central Consultant:

• **Salary will be dependent on location and can vary**
• Salary: 35,000 - 49,000 (UK Salary)
• Share Options after qualifying period
• Short term bonus scheme

Designated Office & Working pattern:

• Designated Office: Farnborough | Bristol | Derby UK | Riga Latvia | Zwolle Netherlands | Frankfurt or Munich Germany
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: between 8:30am - 5:30pm local time (will vary depending on location)
• Hybrid: 2/3 days per week in office
