D365 CRM Project Manager - Real-Estate Investments - Central London

The Role

• Lead and deliver the Dynamics 365 CRM Online project
• Help the organisation transition from our existing CRM to the new online version

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead project to ensure successful delivery of the project, including managing timelines, budget and scope.
• Manage and monitor the project progress, ensuring that milestones are met
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely updates on the project to the broader teams
• Identify project issues and risks and work with the business to resolve
• Develop and maintain project plan and project governance throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external controls
• The role will mainly cover the software development team, however there will be elements working with the wider technology team

Technical Skills Required:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
• Knowledge and experience in managing a Dynamics 365 CRM or another CRM implementation
• Ability to work with stakeholders from all teams in the business
• Ability to manage a cross functional project team and smaller workshops with different departments
• Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location - Central London (hybrid Working)

Salary - \xc2\xa360-75k (dependent on experience) + 20-30% Bonus & Benefits!
