About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules with a strong focus on Supply Chain, and the ability to partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and map them to D365 SCM capabilities. Configure and implement D365 SCM modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Master Planning. Translate business requirements into functional designs and support the technical team in developing customizations and integrations. Provide guidance on best practices in supply chain process optimization using Dynamics 365. Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation for system processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and IT to deliver end-to-end solutions. Support testing cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and troubleshoot issues. Assist in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O with a focus on Supply Chain Management. Proven expertise in at least two of the following modules: Inventory, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, or Production. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, manufacturing, logistics, and planning. Experience with system configuration, functional design, and gap/fit analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-330) are a strong asset.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Big 4 or Microsoft Partner consulting environments. Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) integration with D365. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Pay: 32,099.87-78,477.18 per year
