About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and passionate

Dairy Herdsperson

to join our team, with a primary focus on milking. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with livestock and has a keen interest in animal welfare and high-quality milk production.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting efficient and hygienic milking in a modern parlour (AM and/or PM shifts) Monitoring cow health and reporting any issues Ensuring clean and calm milking conditions Cleaning and maintaining the milking parlour and associated equipment Assisting with calving and general herd duties as needed

About You:

Previous milking or dairy experience preferred (training can be provided) Comfortable working early mornings and/or evenings, weekends included on a rota Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Passion for animal welfare and farming Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team
