The Role

We are looking for a Dairy Production Assistant to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes real pride in what they do.

About You

You will be someone who:

Can cope well in a busy, fast-moving environment

Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Has excellent attention to detail

Can work well as part of a team and independently

Takes pride in cleanliness, hygiene, and product quality

Is keen to grow with the business as we continue to expand

Experience

Experience is not essential

Previous experience in food or dairy production is a bonus, but full training will be provided
