Summary

We are seeking a Dairy Supervisor to oversee our dairy production operations at Pattemores Transport. Located in the picturesque countryside, this role is vital in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our dairy ingredient production while maintaining our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of dairy production, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality. Supervise staff and provide training on best practices in dairy management. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in production management is essential. Problem solving and implementing solutions. Works well as part of a team. Good communication skills. Basic maths and English skills for inventory management and reporting. Basic computer skills.
Working hours during training, 07:00 - 17:00 Tue - Sat, working hours after training, 07:00 - 17:00 Sun - Thu.

Starting hourly rate 13.20, rising to 13.70 when trained, plus weekend working rate bonus.
