About the



As a DAM / MRM SME , you will partner with clients to optimise the management and utilisation of their digital assets. Your focus will be on designing and implementing Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions that streamline workflows, enhance brand consistency, and enable efficient distribution and use of digital content across various channels.

Key Responsibilities



Client Engagement:

Collaborate with clients to understand their digital asset challenges and business objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through effective asset management.

Solution Design:

Develop tailored DAM strategies and solution blueprints that align with client needs. Ensure seamless integration of DAM ?MRM systems with existing platforms (e.g., CMS, PIM, marketing automation tools).

Implementation & Integration:

Lead or support the deployment of DAM /MRM systems, managing data migration, configuration, and system integration. Establish best practices for asset tagging, metadata management, and workflow automation.

Training & Support:

Provide training and support to client teams, ensuring successful adoption and optimal use of DAM / MRM solutions. Develop documentation and guidelines to standardise asset management practices.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital asset management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client operations.


Skills and Experience



Experience in digital asset management, digital commerce, or related fields. Proven experience in implementing or supporting DAM / MRM systems. Strong understanding of digital asset workflows, metadata standards, and lifecycle management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience integrating DAM / MRM systems with CMS, PIM, and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies is a plus.

Bonus Points



Experience with leading DAM / MRM solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Aprimo, or Bynder. Knowledge of cloud-based storage and asset management practices. Agency or consultancy experience
