Our Client is seeking a a skilled tradesperson who will make a real difference by helping customers restore their properties in the aftermath of fire and water damage.

Job Summary:



As a Damage Management Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-quality restoration services to customers affected by fire and flood damage. You'll work collaboratively within a team to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service, even in challenging environments. For those new to the industry, we offer full training. If you have restoration experience, you'll find this an ideal opportunity to further develop your skills and expertise.

What we are looking for:



We encourage applications from those experienced in fire and flood restoration, as well as from skilled tradespeople, such as those in property maintenance or installation roles. While not essential, a strong grasp of building construction and plumbing processes would be beneficial in this role. Ideal candidates will have:

A willingness to complete a Criminal Disclosure Check Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently Flexibility to work overtime when required Health and Safety awareness Strong communication and customer service skills Good computer and written literacy skills Strong organisational skills Willingness to undertake additional training as needed Full clean driving licence

Key Responsibilities



Assess fire or water damaged properties and outline work to restore property and contents. Assist with property contents removal, storage, and cleaning as needed. Install drying programs and other equipment. Assist and manage stripping out of properties to assist in our program of works. Manage junior staff and lead jobs from start to completion. Perform risk assessments and other Health and Safety led tasks. Write detailed reports and schedules of works. Liaise closely with the administration team to process claims efficiently
