We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Coach to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing students of various ages and skill levels in dance techniques, fostering a positive learning environment, and inspiring a love for dance. Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging dance lessons tailored to students' abilities and goals Provide clear instruction on technique, posture, and choreography Motivate students to achieve their personal best and build confidence through dance Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Organise practice sessions, rehearsals, and performances as required Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines during all activities Maintain organised lesson plans and keep accurate attendance records Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and respect among students

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching or dance instruction is essential Demonstrated ability to teach diverse age groups and skill levels is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners Previous experience in organising training sessions or performances is advantageous A genuine passion for dance and teaching, with the ability to adapt coaching styles to individual needs
