Dance Instructor (Freelance, Part-Time)

What you'll be doing:

Running exciting, high-energy dance classes (street, hip-hop, contemporary) for ages 3-18 Creating brilliant choreography for shows, competitions, and performances Inspiring students to build their confidence, skills, and teamwork Delivering after-school clubs, holiday workshops, and even birthday parties Promoting your classes and growing your student base (with our help) Supporting and collaborating with other instructors as the team grows Taking on opportunities to launch and manage new locations as you develop

What we're looking for:

We need someone with more than just dance skills -- we're looking for someone with vision, drive, and leadership.

At least 1 year of teaching experience and experience working with children Confidence running your own classes and creating choreography A genuine passion for dance and inspiring others Entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to grow your own area and team Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude A valid driving licence and your own transport (you'll be travelling locally) DBS check (we can help you get one) and first aid certificate (or willingness to get one)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20.00-40.00 per hour
