We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
Manage and maintain sales records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and presentations.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
Process orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely fulfilment of requests.
Support the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns as needed.
Maintain an organised filing system for contracts, agreements, and other important documents.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is advantageous but not essential.
