We are seeking a Data Administrator to join our Sales Operations & BI team.

As our Data Administrator, you'll take charge of maintaining and improving the data housed within our CRM and ERP systems, working closely with Sales, IT, and Marketing to support our operations. You'll become the go-to expert for CRM data queries, workflows, and system integration--playing a critical part in how we understand and serve our customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their data or systems career who's looking to build real-world experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to enhance your skills through gaining a qualification.
What You'll Be Doing
Championing data integrity across business systems (CRM, ERP)
Managing and improving data workflows such as duplicate detection and automation
Providing first-line CRM data support and training for staff
Monitoring data flows across systems, resolving issues, and analysing process health
Supporting GDPR compliance and marketing preference data in collaboration with the Marketing team
Assisting with data imports, updates, and reporting requests for Sales Operations
Helping develop custom CRM reports and contributing to workflow improvements
Documenting processes and maintaining system best practices
What You'll Bring
Essential:
GCSE or equivalent in Maths, English, and IT
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
Understanding of databases and data integrity best practices
Experience using business CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce)
Desired:
A-Levels or Degree in a related field
Microsoft Developer or Data Fundamentals certification
Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting
Experience with CRM data management and reporting

Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a methodical and analytical mindset
Collaborative and approachable, comfortable working across teams
Eager to learn and grow in data management, reporting, and systems development

Job details:
This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (This is a Hybrid role)
