We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.




Key Responsibilities:




Conduct analysis to a high standard, using primarily quantitative and qualitative approaches, to systematically examine, interpret and draw conclusion from numerical and unstructured text data Work closely with business stakeholders to improve data quality Seek opportunities where data can make a difference by exploring new tools and approaches to improve Achieve together' s data collection and predictive analytical capabilities



Requirements:




Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or equivalent field Extensive experience in analytical work, working with primarily quantitative methods including correlational and experimental approaches Experience in statistical modelling and indicator development Strong skills in analytical tools, preferably Power BI and Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, R or equivalent
