About the Role:
In this role you will be working simultaneously on multiple projects where you will have the opportunity to build strong working relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders, as we integrate clients into stock management systems. Your workload will be exciting and varied, encompassing end-to-end engagement with clients to scope, design, implement, and support new developments Additionally, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting diverse data sets using SQL, Databricks and PowerBI to inform strategic business decisions.

Product Operations is currently seeking an Integration Analyst to contribute to the development and enhancement of client stock management solutions and oversee project implementation.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical problem solver with a passion for collaboration to devise impactful strategies and deliver innovative solutions to our Partners. You'll have strong planning and organisational skills and be comfortable managing a fast-paced workload, as you'll be adapting to evolving business needs. Experience in data analysis within a retail setting, coupled with your proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, GSuite, and Databricks will be invaluable in generating and enhancing insights for impactful decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential
- Problem Solving Skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Numerical, analytical or business based degree
- Previous exposure to SQL, Python and Azure cloud software including Databricks
- Experience with data visualisation tools e.g. PowerBI
Desirable but not Essential
- Familiarity with Google Apps, Gmail, Drive, Sheets etc
- Previous experience of Project Management
- Previous experience of working in a Retail Store, Head Office or Customer Data Analyst role
Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

The Platform Stock and Picking team, sitting within the wider Product Operations department, is responsible for defining and delivering stock initiatives and enhancing solutions to meet the evolving needs of our Total Platform partners.
