What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining impactful PowerBI dashboards and reports to deliver crucial business intelligence.
• Implementing and managing our Microsoft data warehouse initiative.
• Developing seamless system integrations using Power Automate, APIs, and other cutting-edge tools.
• Tackling data quality challenges through expert analysis, cleansing, and standardization.
• Building automated data quality monitoring tools and processes.
• Collaborating across teams to identify exciting automation opportunities.
• Developing natural language processing solutions for document analysis and data extraction.
• Documenting data flows, structures, and processes to foster knowledge sharing.

• 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced data querying techniques.
• Experience in data modelling and data warehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with API data integration methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Strong DAX skills in PowerBI.
• Knowledge of accounting or financial services data structures.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Familiarity with natural language processing techniques.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
