Capital City College is seeking a passionate and experienced

Vocational Coach for the Data Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship

to empower the next generation of data professionals. This is your chance to influence learners' careers, support curriculum delivery, and drive success from the heart of one of London's largest Further Education providers.

About the Role

This is an

hourly paid support role

, requiring a

minimum commitment of one day per week

, based at our

Regent's Park Centre

.



You will:


Deliver and support the

Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship

programme. Act as a

vocational coach and personal tutor

, guiding learners through the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to meet industry standards. Support learners in understanding

data analysis tools, techniques, and coding principles (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel)

. Monitor and assess learners' progress using

Smart Assessor or E-Assessor

. Prepare learners for their

End Point Assessment (EPA)

and provide high-quality, personalised feedback. Ensure all learners are on track through

regular reviews and interventions

, helping them achieve their full potential.

About You

We're looking for a committed professional who is passionate about data and learner development. You'll bring:


Experience delivering or coaching on

data-related apprenticeships or qualifications

Up-to-date knowledge of

data analytics tools, data lifecycle, statistics, and insight generation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive attitude and strong organisational skills Confidence using systems like

Teams

(essential),

Smart Assessor

(desirable) Relevant teaching, coaching, or assessing qualifications (or a willingness to work towards one) Industry experience in a data or analytics role is highly desirable
