We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and organised

Data and Digital Communications Officer

to help shape how we share information, monitor impact, and support service delivery in our Family Support and Early Years teams.

What You will be doing:



In this varied and rewarding role, you'll combine your skills in digital communication and data analysis to:

Analyse and report on key service data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Support statutory contract monitoring requirements for our Children and Family Centre contract, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting. Keep our website and social media channels fresh, accessible, and engaging. Maintain our information asset register and support good data governance. Help ensure we meet our data retention responsibilities. Support teams to make the most of SharePoint and other collaboration tools.

We're looking for someone who is digitally confident, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences, from frontline staff to senior leaders.
