You will however need to bring certain traits and behaviours and will need to be confident and comfortable making outbound calls to businesses.


The B2B Data and Lead Coordinator will support our sales channels and will be responsible for the enhancement and accuracy of the data that we hold - basically you will phone businesses to check our data is correct and engage with them to identify potential opportunities for our sales teams to follow up on (Lead Generation).


You will not sell but this role will provide you with the building blocks of knowledge, skills, and experience to become a successful salesperson.


Note: this is an office-based role to give you the full support, training, and development necessary to be successful.


Base salary is 25,000 to 28,000 DOE and earnings with OTE will be 30,000+


Whilst experience will be welcomed, we also appreciate everyone needs to start somewhere therefore we would love to hear from anyone who has the desire, can show a certain amount of resilience and is excited to learn and grow.
