About the Project

We are supporting a major client engagement in Dubai, delivering a multi-country Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking project across the media and investment sectors.

The project covers:

Market benchmarking and data analytics across GCC and global comparators Compensation survey design, normalisation, and analysis Sector-specific insights into reward structures and allowances Change & implementation support for new total rewards frameworks
This is a high-profile engagement requiring experienced contractors to deliver alongside Proservartner's leadership team.

Role Overview - Data Benchmarking & Analytics Lead

The Data Benchmarking & Analytics Lead will manage survey data, job architecture, and analytics across the multi-country compensation benchmarking project. You will ensure that data is normalized, insightful, and presented in a client-ready format.

Key Responsibilities

Manage compensation survey data collection, cleaning, and normalization Develop job architecture frameworks and maintain accurate mapping Build advanced Excel models, dashboards, and visualizations Triangulate multiple data sources to generate actionable insights Collaborate with SMEs and senior consultants to produce client-ready deliverables

Candidate Requirements

8-10 years' experience in compensation analytics, benchmarking, or HR data analysis Strong Excel modeling, data visualization, and survey analytics skills Experience in job architecture and market survey analysis Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills

Pay: 800.00-1,000.00 per day
