File paper records once summarisation is complete. Communicate with clinical staff regarding any coding issues. Highlight any issues with summarising manager or GP partner as soon as they arise. Taking responsibility for own development, learning and performance and demonstrating skills and activities to others who are undertaking similar work.
Manage data quality issues. Support the practice clinical audit program.
