Job Description

We are excited to recruit a new colleague in our FAST team. You will be responsible for our client record management system, monitoring the recording of data and outcomes, including supporting colleagues across the organisation to use the system efficiently.

What you will be doing:



You are committed to your work, take accountability for it, and bring a creative approach to problem solving. By being super organised and efficient with great attention to detail, you will facilitate the data recording and monitoring across the organisation, ensuring it provides accurate quantitative and qualitative evidence. You take pride in producing high-quality work and will use that commitment to deliver accurate, timely internal and external performance reports. Through strong collaboration with colleagues across teams, you will continuously look to improve systems and processes, developing the data management system in line with service needs. Taking ownership of producing clear, accessible systems and data management training materials, you will design and deliver engaging training and induction sessions that build confidence and consistency in data use across the organisation.

You will be in the FAST (Facilities and Systems Team) Team and your line manager will be our Central Services Manager.

Experience Required



Full training and handover will be given in this role. However, due to the level of this role, some experience administering and/or maintaining a CRM or similar platform is required. We encourage all applicants who may have transferable relevant skills.

Pay:

33,143 - 35,412 per annum

The location:

You will be based in central Bristol (Old Market area), close to Bristol's main train and bus stations as well as the vibrant city centre.
