Data Coordinator

UK Agency (Leasing) - Industrial & Logistics

West End, London



Role Summary

The Data Coordinator reports to the Data Analyst for UK Agency and works closely with our Industrial & Logistics teams. The role is focused on ensuring key product and market information is accurately captured and maintained to a high standard. This also includes the curation of media content to produce engaging and insightful marketing materials across a range of formats, including our market leading "NxT" digital client products.



Responsibilities

Monitoring the UK Industrial & Logistics leasing market to identify, capture and update information on available space and transactions



Creating and maintaining 3rd party listing records to the highest possible standards of accuracy and presentation



Managing all listing (JLL and 3rd party) to ensure we are maintaining an accurate reflection of the market across multiple channels



Building relationships with other real estate agencies and landlords to obtain information and source the best available content for listings records



Quality assurance checking of all relevant information and content to ensure standards are met and exceeded



Becoming a subject matter expert in the use and capabilities of our suite of custom-built and third- party client engagement tools



Work closely with each of our teams to coordinate the production of content as well as providing visibility of the coverage and quality of information being presented



Working with external providers to coordinate the delivery of services



Assist with day-to-day activities around the management of our property data



Assist with tasks associated to the running of our NXT premium client services

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative



Confident telephone manner; cold calling experience beneficial



Experience

Competent user of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint



Demonstrable experience in curating content to produce marketing related materials



Previous experience managing information (data) beneficial



Coordinating between multiple parties to manage the delivery and publication of content
