Join our Operational Team and take ownership of core asset and contract data within our CAFM system, supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Helpdesk operations.
As Data Coordinator, you'll manage maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with legal and engineering standards, and help keep our assets running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Support asset data processes, including asset loading and contract updates.
Conduct PPM data gathering and maintain the CAFM system.
Load data changes into Asset Management systems and maintain API integration mappings.
Assist with transition activities for data mobilisation, suggesting improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with Operational and Technical Teams to ensure accurate setup of asset and contract data for PPM.
Audit work activity, review technicians' comments, and update work plans as required.
Ensure all asset data complies with legal regulations and building engineering standards.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong systems skills, including Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other IT systems.
Previous experience using CAFM systems.
Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively under time constraints.
Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused with a flexible approach.
Able to multitask and work independently without direct supervision.
