Data & CRM Administrator
to manage our
HubSpot CRM
and
Xero accounting system
, supporting our sales, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update
HubSpot CRM
with accurate customer, lead, and deal information
Manage data entry and reconciliation in
Xero
, supporting the finance team
Create and maintain
Excel reports
using pivot tables, formulas, and charts
Prepare summaries and dashboards to support management decisions
Ensure consistent and accurate data flow between HubSpot, Xero, and Excel
Perform general office administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Help improve internal processes and data integrity across systems
Skills & Experience
Strong
Excel skills
(pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Experience with
HubSpot CRM
and
Xero
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong organisational and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple systems
