Title: Data Processing Administrator




Contract Type: 12-month Fixed-term Contracts, Full-Time


Salary: 28,409 (London weighted salary) or 24,670 (Regional salary), dependant on experience


Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford


Persona: Agile (20-40% in the office per week)

We're on the lookout for two enthusiastic Data Processing Administrators to join our friendly and fast-paced data team at the heart of a major transformation programme. This is more than just a data entry role, you'll be part of a growing and supportive team where accuracy, collaboration, and purpose matter. Your role will involve managing and maintaining essential records that support decisions across the business, all while enjoying the camaraderie of a great team and learning new skills.

Your impact in the role:





You will be responsible for:


Accurately inputting and updating data in our internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets, where your attention to detail will be key. Cross-checking data against source documents and systems to make sure everything is consistent, clean, and correct. Regularly review and verify existing data to keep it accurate and useful for other teams. Performing quality checks and spot errors early to ensure the integrity of our data remains high. Keeping clear records of your work, think audit trails, validation reports, and tidy documentation that makes life easier for everyone. Supporting wider teams by gathering and organising data for analysis, contributing to the success of our transformation journey. Working closely with teams across Data Management, IT, and Operations, helping align data entry processes with bigger business goals. Creating reports on your progress, accuracy, and any data-related challenges you encounter.

What you'll bring:




Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry or environment. Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and databases. Experience with data entry software and CRM systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and quality control processes. Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and convey information accurately. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support other team members as needed. Understanding of the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive data and adherence to data protection regulations.
