Data Entry And Administration

Bury St. Edmunds, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

In this role, your primary mission is to uphold our excellent service standards. You'll do this by being organised, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented.

Located at our new Mildenhall clinic, you will be a key part of our daily operations. You will be responsible for opening and closing the centre, warmly welcoming our customers and being the first point-of-contact for our valued families.

A core part of your daily tasks will involve capturing and reporting accurate booking information. You will work closely with our therapists and the existing admin team to ensure all data is accurately captured, inputted and analysed in a timely way.

Job description:

Detail-Oriented & Meticulous:

You're a pro at working with Excel and Google spreadsheets, using data functions to create efficiencies. You have a keen eye for detail, easily spotting and correcting errors or anomalies. You are also able to multitask, accurately drawing information from multiple sources to reach a single outcome.

Proactive & Resourceful:

You are resourceful, able to research, find solutions and use your initiative to get things done quickly. You are a fast learner, happy to change, adapt and serve as a role model for others. Even when faced with a new situation, you have the drive and willingness to give it your best shot. You are also forward-thinking: always imagining ways to make processes more effective and streamlined.

Collaborative

and

Autonomous:

You thrive working on your own but also enjoy collaborating with your peers when needed. You provide excellent customer service to both your internal team and external clients.

Adaptable & Resilient:

You understand the need for flexibility, especially during peak work times. You have the strength to remain calm under pressure. When things go "off-piste," you step up and lead without looking back or placing blame.

Main Responsibilities:

You will open and close the Mildenhall therapy centre. You will liaise with other administrators, customers, and therapists. You will be responsible for adding new customers to the appointment booking system. You will check to ensure all authorisations for clients are up to date. You will liaise with third parties for information as needed. You will answer customer queries at the front desk. You will add rescheduled sessions to the Work Order Tracker. You will help with quarterly reports for customers. You will provide holiday cover for other administrator duties. You will meet and greet clients and customers on arrival during peak and busy times. You will provide holiday cover for admin roles if required. You will assist therapists with report preparation.
