About the Role
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to guest bookings, billing, inventory, and other resort operations. The role supports various departments by ensuring timely and precise information processing, enabling smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service
Key Responsibilities
Create and update guest reservations, check-in/check-out details, billing information, and preferences into hotel management systems.
Maintain and organise digital and paper records of guest data, transactions, and internal logs.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering into the systems.
Assist Front Desk and Reservations Teams with administrative tasks such as processing payments, arranging guest preferences.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Hotel Front Desk, Spa and Food & Beverage departments to ensure accurate guest bookings.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest and company data.
Requirements
Proven experience and track record as a data entry clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Hotel Property Management systems (PMS).
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
Basic understanding of hotel operations is advantageous.
Require evening and weekend shifts depending on operational needs
