About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Data Insight Officer to join the Business Intelligence Service, within the Strategic Planning and Performance Directorate.

Reporting to one of our Data Insight Managers, this role will support a wide range of strategic information and analytical requirements to facilitate intelligence- and action-led decision making and drive continuous improvement. You will be skilled in using data systems and advanced tools and techniques to derive and communicate data insights and be adept at identifying and applying best practice.

The role requires excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, alongside proactivity, resilience and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.

A background in Higher Education is not essential to this role. With a relevant degree or professional qualification, you'll have experience of using a range of tools and advanced techniques combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
