We are seeking an Operational Data Champion, to lead the way we collect, manage, and present data across our operations. This role will ensure that leadership has clear visibility of key metrics and that data-driven decisions support the future growth of the business.

Role Purpose:
To design, train, implement and monitor all operational procedures for accurate data collection across our supply chain, logistics and manufacturing process. Ensuring compliance to data input protocols and accuracy of inputs being made. Transforming raw data into actionable insights and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
This role will work alongside the CEO's Exec team under our Intelligence platform initiative and will support the development of a data-driven culture within our manufacturing operation to ensure insights are accurate, real time and can be used to directly steer management decisions to drive operational efficiency, waste reduction, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of standardised data collection processes across all production areas (supply chain, raw material usage, production, formulations, post processing, wrapping, packing, shipping/logistics, quality control (gmp adherence), wastage, machine downtimes, and operator efficiency)
Ensure unification, accuracy and consistency of all data collected.
Work with out AI Intelligence team to supporting the building and maintaining of clear dashboards and reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for production and senior leadership.
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Present insights to key stakeholders (COO, CEO, Operations Leadership, Finance) in a concise, actionable format.
Support forecasting and capacity planning by providing accurate, timely production data.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure insights drive continuous improvement.
Act as the champion of data & insights across the business, embedding best practices, providing ongoing training for teams on procedures throughout.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in data insights, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environments.
Experience training teams of variant technological skill levels.
Strong ability to collect, validate, and interpret data from multiple systems and processes.
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with knowledge of BI/visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) highly desirable.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, organised, and confident implementing processes and structures from scratch.
Good to Know:
We are not looking for a pure data analyst here - we are looking for someone with hands on experience implanting data collection and adherence in a live production environment.

This is a full-time, on-site working role. No consultants, agencies or part-time seekers will be considered for this role.
