Insights Manager

Full-Time, Permanent

Salary

: 50,000 per annum + company bonus scheme

Working

: 35 hours, Monday to Friday

Location

: Hybrid with two days per week in Winnersh (RG41 5TP)

REL Field Marketing are looking for an experienced Insight Manager to be a key part of our team, responsible for extracting actionable insights from field data to inform business decisions and shape strategies to maximise return on investment and drive success for our customers.

As an Insight Manager you will

Develop strong internal and external client relationships Have a thorough understanding of customer business and retail environments they operate Work closely with Account teams to identify and execute insight into actions and unlock profitable growth for our customers and REL Contribute to data strategy development and utilise data to solve business challenges and drive continuous improvements Analyse data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to increase return on investment Present data and insight across all media in a persuasive and informative way to support customer business objective and REL Manage master data, ensure data quality, and optimise data pipelines and processes Develop and deliver added value to existing reporting to customers through interpretation of data and information requirements Liaise and work with third party data agencies including supplying them with necessary data and quality checking returned data Drive continuous improvement of the REL data and insight offer by identifying opportunities to upgrade methodologies, utilise best-in-class

What We're Looking For

Strong Data-story-telling ability Strong communication skills to communicate credible data-led solutions to stakeholders who may not be data-literate Curiosity and interest in Retailing and Consumer brands Strong relationship building skills to drive customer engagement Problem Solving - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions Data Management processes and complex data models Strong logical, mathematical and numerical skills Relationship Building - Strong collaboration and communication skills Curious mentality to conduct exploratory analysis to solve problems rather than expect to be given set tasks Data Strategy & Implementation - Experience defining and implementing data strategies for business goals Presentation of data and insight in a persuasive and informative way to support REL and client business objectives Stakeholder Collaboration - Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and operational teams Project & Team Leadership - Experience leading data projects and ensuring timely delivery of insights Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI desirable) and/or Google Workspace equivalent Negotiation and motivational skills
