Your Role



As our

Data Management Lead

, you will oversee the accuracy, security and organisation of our Data and provide best practices for Storage of Emails and usage. Ensuring you manage data processes and keep data up to date whist being stored and used efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Drive strong data governance, safeguarding quality, security, and GDPR compliance. Manage Data/Email Storage, Capacity Planning, backup, maintenance, and integrity. Support the development and delivery of the organisation's data strategy. Troubleshoot data/email issues, fix inconsistencies, and reduce risks. Work with teams across the business to meet data needs and improve data. Manage our Data Compliance against our Clients Contractual Requirements Knowledge of Data Loss Protection Techniques and Management Training Users and provide Guidance in Best Practices for Data/Email Storage Create/update Policy's and Procedures required for our ISO27001, Cyber Essential + Certification.

What We Need From you:



Strong team management skills. Expertise in data management, data governance, and database systems. Knowledge of data analysis, data modelling, and data security best practices. Understanding of relevant regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Driving Licence Flexible Working hours Overnight Stays maybe required.
