What You'll Be Doing

Lead data migration delivery for D365 CRM, F&O, BC, and beyond Design and build robust ETL pipelines using

SSIS

Translate business needs into clean, actionable migration plans Guide teams, mentor engineers, and ensure technical excellence Work closely with delivery managers and clients to keep projects on track Improve internal tooling and drive innovation across the data service

What You'll Bring

7+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics data migration Expert in ETL tools and pipeline design Strong leadership across multiple workstreams/projects Confident with Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement Hands-on with data from SQL, APIs, and third-party platforms Passion for clean data, clear plans, and great outcomes
